submitter Oz spotted this one at work. I like to believe that the sign-maker and desk-owner are in cahoots about mocking the work area neatness police.
I sense tension in the office. I think the notewriter meant to say "Your work area is disgusting and simply looking at it causes me offence, please do something about it before I blow my lid and start screaming abuse at you"

I don't usually post the following: newspaper headlines, personal email, craigslist postings, unprofessional websites. I also tend to not crosspost things from other blogs, since I have so much unique material waiting for me to get to it.
Things I see a lot: silica gel "do not eat"; hair dryer labels; inside the bus "do not drill"; Wal-mart sign about IDs; coffee machine with "2" cup sizes; employees must "wash hands"; that failblog post.

Nice use of the word "cahoots."
Double whammy! unnecessary quotes and passive aggressive notes...
Maybe they give work areas different ratings, and "needs improvement" is one of them.

Or is that how I feel? :-)
