But wait - there's "more"

A couple of weeks ago, my dear pal Jessica called me from her car to say, "I found one!" She was pretty excited about the quotes, especially since it was found on a sign that she passes regularly and I drive by all the time. Today I stopped for a picture.

So if you're in Grand Rapids near the corner of Kalamazoo and 60th, stop in for a Quick Lube - and who knows what "else".

Wrong. That is just so wrong. On so many levels.

Maybe there really ISN'T any "more". Maybe "plus" is rhetorical in this case...

i stumbled upon your blog the other day and i didn't even know you were from grand rapids. as you might suspect from my name, i'm about 30 miles away from you in grand haven. who would have thought?! it's kind of a "six degrees of separation" thing! ok - now i will wait the appropriate amount of time before i leave another comment so you don't think i'm a stalker.

Okay anything additional when you're talking about lube scares me.

John - to avoid confusion, this was posted by Brian, who lives in GR and posts sometimes. I used to live in West Michigan, but now live in Georgia.

Oh, goody! Lube PLUS a surprise. That's advertising at its finest for darn sure. =)

Love your site. I hoot out loud on a daily basis. I usually just lurk, but I decided anybody who can make me snort Coke onto my computer screen deserves a shout out.

Oops. For clarification: That's Coke, as in Coca-Cola. Not drugs.

Wow, lookit all the W. Mich love out here! Had no idea most everyone connected with this blog was from my neck of the woods (I'm from Bland Rapids as well)...

Keep up the "good work".

If "plus" really means minus, then...what really happens when they are under your car doing the lube job? Do they remove a part?

I think it's the whole "snorting" it on to your computer screen that was most likely to cause confusion. Clever choice of words ;)
